About MayChemist
MayChemist is an online pharmacy broker for people in Malaysia. Its first focus is men’s health, particularly erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, alongside medicines for hair loss, prostate problems, hormones and weight loss, a small women’s health range, and a short list of everyday medicines customers ask for most: skin and eye care, allergy, asthma, pain and muscle, quitting smoking, heart, thyroid and digestion.
People use MayChemist to find a medicine, compare options and understand what they are ordering. A medicine may have one brand name in one country and another on an Indian branded generic. It may come in strengths that are unfamiliar, and prices can differ widely. MayChemist brings medicine information, comparisons between branded generics and generics, and ordering through licensed pharmacy partners together.
Why MayChemist exists
Access to medicines is uneven. Capital cities tend to have large pharmacies and specialist clinics. Regional towns and remote communities often have fewer choices. People can meet unfamiliar brand names, unclear generics, or a pharmacy that does not stock the medicine they wanted.
MayChemist exists to ease that position. The aim is to help someone identify the medicine, understand the active ingredient, compare branded generics and generics, and order with delivery to the door.
What MayChemist offers
You can search by category, condition, ingredient or product name. If you know a medicine by its original brand, you can look for its generic or branded generic. You can check pack sizes, strengths and prices when these are available, and see why one medicine may carry different names from country to country. There are explanations of medicines, ingredients and conditions in plain language for non-specialists. Ordering and delivery options through pharmacy partners follow from there.
Ordering and delivery
MayChemist provides the website and online ordering service. It does not make medicines, prescribe treatment, dispense products or ship orders. Once you have selected a product, strength and pack size, the cart shows delivery totals and the checkout shows the payment methods available. Both delivery insurance and discreet packaging come included; neither carries a separate charge. Paying with BTC or ETH earns an additional 10% discount, and the checkout displays the discounts applied.
MayChemist places the order with its pharmacy partners and arranges delivery for you. Those partners handle dispensing and delivery. Some medicines or destinations may need extra steps, including identity details or local import requirements.
Pharmacy partners in India ship to Malaysia. Express Tracked Courier takes up to one week, and Standard Airmail up to three weeks. Some medicines cannot be sent to every country. What can be sent depends on the product, where it is going, local rules, courier routes and checks by the pharmacy.
Terms for payment, shipping and fulfilment are set out on How Ordering Works.
Brands, generics and active ingredients
Medicine names change across borders. A brand you know may not be the name on an Indian branded generic, and a medicine you used overseas may be sold under another name. The active ingredient is often the clearest basis for a correct comparison.
MayChemist gives prominence to the active ingredient and to known brand names. It also covers generic alternatives, manufacturer details when available, dosage form and strength, price and pack size differences, and practical notes for comparing products.
Generics frequently cost less than the original brand. They still deserve careful comparison. The maker, the strength, the inactive ingredients and the supply route can all affect a choice.
MayChemist supplies branded generics and generics only. If an original brand name appears on a product, it is there to identify the medicine. The What you will receive section on each product states what is supplied.
Who MayChemist is for
MayChemist serves people throughout Malaysia, in cities and in places far from them. This includes those in remote or regional areas where a well-stocked pharmacy is not nearby, those who take a medicine regularly and want to compare prices and pack sizes, those weighing a familiar brand against generic equivalents, people who have come to Malaysia with a medicine name from another country, and customers who want to understand generic alternatives before they order.
MayChemist does not assume that medicine systems are the same from one country to the next. Brand names, availability and rules differ by place.
Information and corrections
Useful medicine information should be clear and traceable to sources. MayChemist bases its explanations on active ingredients, recognised sources, manufacturer details, regulator references and practical comparison. If a statement depends on local rules or on what is currently available, MayChemist tries to say so rather than treat one answer as universal. More detail is on How We Research.
Prices, brand availability, delivery routes, pharmacy requirements and regulator pages can all change. If something is unclear, out of date or wrong, report it through the Contacts page. Correction reports are reviewed, and information is updated when needed.
What MayChemist is not
MayChemist does not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment or choose a medicine for you. The guides offer general information only. They are there to explain choices and help you ask better questions, not to take the place of a doctor or pharmacist. This matters especially for anyone who is pregnant, takes other medicines, has a chronic condition or allergies, is ordering for a child, or is unsure about suitability or dosage.
