Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026.

These terms cover how you use MayChemist. Use the site and you accept them. If they don’t suit you, please close the page and don’t go further.

MayChemist is a pharmacy broker working with consumers. We run the medicine listing, the comparison tools and the ordering interface. We don’t make, prescribe, dispense or ship medicines. Pharmacy partners carry out the pharmacy checks, prepare your order and deliver it. Payments are taken by outside payment companies, under their own terms.

Read these terms alongside our Privacy, Cookies & Site Policy.

What you can do here

On MayChemist you can:

  • find a product by its name, by the active ingredient, by health condition or by category
  • put brands and generics side by side, with strengths, pack sizes and prices when we hold them
  • read plain background about medicines, plus practical guides
  • move on to whatever ordering and delivery routes a pharmacy partner offers

MayChemist is not a clinic, a hospital or an emergency service. It doesn’t stand in for a qualified doctor or pharmacist.

Orders and pharmacy partners

We look after the website, the product listings and the ordering experience.

Placing an order doesn’t require a prescription. We pass your order to a pharmacy partner, and we arrange the delivery side for you. Dispensing, fulfilment and delivery belong to those partners. A partner may turn an order down, hold it, cancel it or ask you for more information. That depends on things like the medicine, the country it’s going to, that country’s rules, what’s in stock and safety checks.

Some medicines can’t be sent to every country. Whether yours can may depend on:

  • which medicine you choose
  • the country you’re ordering from
  • import limits
  • customs inspection
  • whether a courier serves the route
  • the policies each partner works to
  • local laws and rules

Every order goes through review. Putting something in a cart, or sending the order, doesn’t mean we can supply it.

What you need to do

It’s your job to make sure:

  • the details you give us are correct and complete
  • you may lawfully order and receive the medicine where you are
  • you want it for your own lawful use
  • as an adult, you choose what to order, and you give a partner any supporting information it asks for
  • you aren’t ordering for resale or unlawful distribution
  • you speak to a doctor or pharmacist when you can’t tell whether a medicine is right for you

Please don’t use MayChemist to sidestep medical review where a review is required.

Information only

Everything here is for general information, for comparison and for education.

It isn’t medical or pharmaceutical advice. It isn’t a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan, and it doesn’t tell you that a medicine suits your case. Don’t start, stop or swap a medicine just because of something you read on this site.

Before you decide anything about a medicine, talk to a qualified doctor or pharmacist. This matters especially when:

  • you take other medicines
  • you have allergies
  • you’re pregnant or breastfeeding
  • you live with a long-term condition
  • the order is for a child
  • you’re unsure about the strength, the dose or whether it fits
  • your symptoms are serious, sudden or getting worse

If something is urgent, or there’s an emergency, contact emergency services in your country, or a qualified medical provider, right away.

Accuracy and availability

We try to make medicine information clear and useful, and to keep it up to date. Details do change.

A product’s name, its active ingredient, its strength, its pack size and its price can all shift, and so can whether it’s in stock. Registration status, prescription rules and import requirements vary between countries and move with time.

Content comes “as is” and “as available”. We can’t promise it’s complete, current, free of errors or uninterrupted, or that it fits your particular situation.

Brands, trademarks and manufacturers

Brand names, product names, logos and manufacturer names stay with the people who own them.

We show them for identification, for comparison and for information. Their presence doesn’t mean we approve of a product, work with its owner or hold any approval, unless we say so plainly.

Prices, currencies and listings

A price or a listing on screen doesn’t promise stock, doesn’t promise the product can lawfully be supplied where you are, and doesn’t promise a partner will accept it at checkout.

We can change a price, a currency, a pack size or availability at any time, without telling you in advance.

Our base currency is the US dollar. We convert for convenience, and exchange rates can change what your bank, payment provider or pharmacy partner finally charges. Before you pay, check the currency at checkout, the delivery charge, any discounts and the total.

Delivery, payment, cancellations and returns

Shipping choices, delivery estimates, fees, payment methods, discounts and free-shipping thresholds appear at checkout and can change.

The options right now:

  • Standard Airmail costs US$15, and becomes free once an order passes US$200.
  • Express Tracked Courier costs US$30.

Standard Airmail is estimated at up to 3 weeks and has no parcel tracking. Express is estimated at up to 1 week, with parcel tracking where the route offers it. There’s no free-delivery threshold on Express. Checkout shows what’s available and what you’ll pay.

Pharmacy partners in India send orders to Malaysia in discreet packaging.

An estimate isn’t an arrival guarantee. Customs inspection, a slow courier, a local holiday, rules in the destination country, a pharmacy check or an import limit can all hold a parcel up.

Packaging is discreet and neutral, and delivery insurance is included at no separate charge. There are no paid add-ons for extra insurance or premium packaging. A parcel may still need shipping or customs details on the outside, and neutral packaging doesn’t remove import or declaration requirements. Bigger orders may be split across several parcels and turn up on different days.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH). What’s offered depends on checkout, your order and the payment provider’s rules. Card payments go through outside gateways. Paying in BTC or ETH earns an extra 10% discount, and returning customers get 10% off later orders. Checkout shows which discounts apply and the final total.

Ask to cancel within 24 hours of ordering and we may accept, provided the parcel hasn’t shipped. Once it leaves the dispensing facility, the order is final.

We can’t take a medicine back because you changed your mind. If a parcel arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, get in touch with support by live chat, or through the customer portal. For most items, do this within 30 days. For items that need temperature control, the window is 14 days. Support will look into it and arrange a replacement where that makes sense.

The Total Delivery Guarantee is included. It covers tracked shipments where tracking shows the parcel never arrived. On a first order, untracked Standard Airmail sits outside the cover. For returning customers, once an order has been completed, the cover reaches untracked shipments too. After you contact support and we review the case, we arrange a replacement at no cost where we can. If a second delivery isn’t possible, you get a full refund. The guarantee is a remedy for a delivery problem. It isn’t an arrival-date promise, and it doesn’t exempt you from the destination country’s rules.

Ordering steps and support links are set out in How Ordering Works. Order claims, cancellation requests and payment questions are handled by live chat or the customer portal. Please don’t send them to the website-enquiries email address.

We may link out to pharmacy partners, payment providers, official health authorities, manufacturer documents, delivery providers or other outside sites.

Those sites and services belong to their own operators. Their terms, their privacy policies, their prices, their decisions and their fulfilment sit apart from ours.

We aren’t responsible for outside content, for a service being available, for medical decisions, for delivery delays, for customs decisions or for what a payment provider does.

Acceptable use

You’re welcome to browse, research, compare and reach ordering as a lawful personal user.

Please don’t:

  • use the site for unlawful import, resale or distribution of medicines
  • give us information that is false, misleading or incomplete
  • harvest listings, copy them in bulk or republish them
  • copy content for business use without permission
  • interfere with the site’s security or performance
  • try to get around pharmacy checks, safety checks or destination checks
  • run automated tools in a way that strains or damages the site
  • pass MayChemist content off as medical advice or as your own professional guidance

If we think fraud, misuse, abuse or unlawful activity is happening, we may limit, block or suspend access.

Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights protect MayChemist’s content, structure, design, text, images, the way the listing is organised and the page layout, unless we say otherwise.

Reading and referencing pages for your own personal, non-commercial use is fine. Reproducing, republishing, selling, scraping, syndicating or commercially exploiting our content needs written permission.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, MayChemist and the people who run it aren’t liable for loss, harm, damage, delay, cost or expense that comes from:

  • your use of the site
  • relying on site content
  • a medicine being available or not
  • what a pharmacy partner decides
  • a pharmacist’s checks
  • delivery delays
  • customs or import problems
  • incorrect information a user supplies
  • outside websites, services or payment providers
  • downtime, technical errors or losing data

None of these terms limits liability where the law won’t allow it to be limited.

Consumer rights

Nothing here is meant to take away rights that data-protection, consumer, medicine or pharmacy law says can’t be excluded.

A pharmacy partner, payment provider or delivery provider may have separate terms. Those terms may also cover the part of the order they relate to.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may update the site at any time. That covers changing listing content, adding or removing products, adjusting ordering routes, revising these terms or suspending part of the site.

Keep using the site after we publish a change and you accept the updated terms.
